Dear and esteemed business partners
Due to the current situation and spread of COVID-19, the measures of the Austrian federal government have recently been implemented. As a manufacturer and service provider of critical infrastructure for the hygiene and supply of hot water and heating, we see it as our task to ensure ongoing operation and support in the best possible way.
Should there be delays in delivery due to upstream suppliers or transport restrictions, we would like to apologize to you in advance and ask for your understanding. To protect employees and their contact persons, we have developed the following package of measures so that we remain able to act and ensure important operational processes.
The following measures are currently being implemented at our locations:
• No personal customer visits and travel restrictions
• Access restrictions and action plans on the company premises to prevent personal contact with suppliers
• Spatial and temporal division of personnel
• Organization of home office in administration and sales
• Increase in hygiene measures
• Ongoing exchange of information with our international partners and customers about the respective development
